Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of your monthly credit allotment. After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.
2. Credit Usage
Credits consumed for AI PBR texture generation are non-refundable, as the AI inference cost is incurred immediately upon generation. Subscription credits do not carry over to the next billing period and are not refundable. One-time top-up credits do not expire but are non-refundable once granted to your account.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard or through the Creem customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period (Cancel-at-Period-End policy). No partial refunds are issued for early cancellation.
4. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using credits you have paid for, please contact us. We will review your case and may issue credit compensation or a partial refund at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@normalmap.ai with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Creem.
6. Annual Plans
Annual plan subscribers may request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase, minus credits already consumed. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
