1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. When you use our AI PBR texture generation service, we store the textures you generate, associated prompts, and usage metadata (model used, credits consumed). The free in-browser PBR utility tools at normalmap.ai do not require an account and process images entirely client-side without sending them to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send service-related communications, and ensure account security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate NormalMap AI's AI generation features:

• Supabase — Authentication, database, and realtime sync
• Creem — Payment processing for subscriptions and credit top-ups (merchant-of-record)
• Runware — AI model inference for synchronous generation
• Kie.ai — AI model inference for asynchronous (long-running) generation
• Cloudflare R2 — Cloud storage for generated PBR texture sets
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and email routing for support@normalmap.ai
• Google Analytics — Aggregated, anonymized site usage analytics (no personal identifiers)

Each third-party provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Generated PBR textures are stored in Cloudflare R2 with access scoped to your account. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from the dashboard, or by emailing support@normalmap.ai. Under GDPR, EU users have additional rights including data portability and the right to object to processing.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Google Analytics for aggregated usage measurement; this sets a small number of analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
